d) projection lines

Parallel Projection is conceptually a perspective projection where the station point is infinitely far away, so that all projection lines are parallels.

The parallels emerge from the imagined three dimensional points and fall orthogonally onto the picture plane.

The projected position of a point in the two dimensional plane is located where projection lines from the plan and the elevation intersect.
